DRPILLA is officially recognized as an International Accreditation Service (IAS)-accredited Class I Special Inspection Agency (SIA). The DOB requires an engineering firm be accredited by IAS or an equivalent organization for such inspections to be valid for all Class I projects. DRPILLA provides a full range of New York City Special Inspection services to support our clients’ needs. This includes mechanical special inspections, architectural inspections, structural inspections, as well as many other inspection types. This extensive range of inspection services has allowed the firm to become a single source provider to its clients throughout the life cycle of their buildings, from initial infrastructure to ongoing operations and renovations.
